This looks like the world's worst case of a kangaroo court - a Salem witch hunt and Oswald looks like a guy who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The Texas police have already charged this guy guilty until proven innocent. If he was guilty would he have been willing to seek to speak to the press? If guilty he would have bragged about it not deny it fervently.

This is a good bit of archival footage and I think it puts the suspect in a good light as you can see him reacting to the doofus police department. He has to learn he has been charged from a reporter, no less. Ruby, a strip club owner is allowed to wander the halls. What nonsense.

The main thing that bothers me is when Oswald is asked "Did you kill the President?"

He answers with "No", but then goes on to say, "I have not been charged with that, and in fact nobody has said that to me yet". This is the answer of a liar (misdirection).

I do not believe that he did it, but I do believe that he knew it was going to happen, and he would be the "scapegoat until it was proven" he could not have done it, again, allowing for misdirection. That's why Ruby was hired to shoot him.

Looked like a hit to me.What other reason would Jack Ruby have to shoot Oswald?Out of grief for the President?He knew he would be arrested.He sure silenced Oswald.

@TheAmbassador11 I really don't get your point. Brennan and a young black boy of 15 both identified Oswald as the shooter. They both saw him in the window. Who are you talking about? Don't waste your time disputing this case. It could not be more open and shut. Stop being a sheeple. No one needs to believe the conspriacy nonsense anymore. Whether any so-called prints had already been lifted from the rifle or not, it should not have been handled like the way it was.

There is great disagreement as to WHEN Oswald's palm print appeared on the rifle. No palm print was immediately reported. It was "discovered" AFTER Oswald's death.
