i do believe we need a method where a citizen jury could decided cases of constitutionality and cases against the government and in particular, politicians, bureaucrats (including judges), and executives of legal persons, the corporation, rather than 9 politically appointed judges. Contain the violence into a monopoly and prosecute against it.

Imagine if topics like this were discussed on the nightly news. Yeah right!
