Capitalism, whether the State Capitalism variety, or the Market Capitalism variety, is the symbol of centralization of wealth. The government is only the handmaiden, easily bought with money.

Just like "everybody wants to go to heaven, nobody wants to die;" the corollary is "everybody wants the State to wither away, nobody wants to go back to Non-State band and tribal society."

"People won't be voluntarily charitable, but they will vote for the violent theft and transfer of their wealth" - Hobbes's paradox.

Stef, so many of your videos point to the idea that people are in denial, but in my life I see people who are genuinely oblivious. The few that are actually even remotely involved in politics are obsessed with the social problems, attached to the hip at the LGBT problems, and essentially see the state as virtuous. Most if not all of my high school friends are completely oblivious to politics at all. Education indoctrination is worse than denial. It is pure withholding of knowledge, & propaganda.

A lot of the "statist" points he mocks here are actually the same kind of points he made in favour of private gun ownership.
