@lekadrummer The flames are high because we have a well designed burner. Unfortunately many burners on the market are not well designed and therefore their performance is poor.

hey!

how did you get the flame that high?

I have a bio burner at home, but my flames are about 2 inch tall and only have blue flames.

I have filled it 2 mm under the edge, as supose to be.

Still no good flames.

Pulled the steelwoll apart en lighted up.

Still no good.

What can i do?
