As the commanding officer of the 1st Battalion, Royal Irish regiment of the British Army, Colonal Tim Collins gave a rousing speech to his men on the eve of the Iraq war. Five years on he talks to Sir David Frost about the British military presence in Iraq, saying he is more optimistic about progress in the country than at any time since the war began.
