I'm not getting any sound.
A note on dreams. The reason dreams are so far out and trippy is that the part of the brain that handles logic is not working, so inconsitantcies, stupid things and the like are common. Just something to remember when doing a dream sequence.

There's dream sequences?
Okay, for one idea how about removing footstep sounds to give a sense of unconsciousness or something.
If there are gonna be any nightmares, add a grain filter effect.
