@wzachmorris Uhm. You heard the Talking Heads version, then heard the original? Talking Heads was the original. Their live version still wins the race.
Nice version though.

@smokebeams yeah I phrased that awkwardly, I was referring to the arcade fire cover of the talking heads original

The Talking Heads version is the original!!

Wow, I'm with wzachmorris; this is the best version of the song I've heard! However, this video does not do you justice. I want to tell the crowd in that place to "Hush!" and I want to tell someone to put more light on you two. I'm not intending to criticize the posting because I really do like it; we're lucky to have it. But, please, pretty please, consider posting a "clean" version; just you two guys, the two guitars, some complimentary lighting, a nice merlot....

Absolutely loved this. Been learning guitar for about 3 years now. I figured out the chords and notes after about 8 hours but I can't touch your solo. Very sweet indeed.

I first heard this song when I was really lonely as a freshman in college, and I haven't been able to stop listening to it since then. The first version I heard was the talkin heads cover, then I heard the original, then I heard the string cheese incident cover, then Miles Fisher, and then I heard this one, and this one is by far the best. My favorite this must be the place rendition, I can't praise this video enough.

@wzachmorris Humbly, thank you. It's my favorite song of all-time, and I'll never get sick of it. It's all David Byrne. The credit here goes to Chris Siebold for making it sound good. Look the guy up, he's a genius.
