@matthewcrafter yeah i notice that. it occurs in many vids i seen and i don't know if its scripted or not. its like when ppl is at the end of the ropes they draw out more potential or something lol. maybe someone can do research on this.

@hotthizzle77 This is Virtua Fighter 5 FINAL SHOWDOWN. It's an updated version of the game, featuring two new characters, Jean Kujo, and a revitalized Takarashi. The game also features new knockout animations and MUCH more customization abilities.

which virtua fighter is this? I have VF5 and I don't have most of those moves that Akira is doing in this fight with Shun. Is it only in the Japanese version? or is this the arcade? Do I have to advance through the game to get the move sets?
