(The Basic skills are the foundation of all Taiji Quan skills: Eight Methods and Five Footwork. Shi San Shi is Peng, Lu, Ji, An, Cai, Lie, Zhou, Kao/ JinBu, TuiBu, ZuoGu, YouPan, ZhongDing) Thirteen Postures do not mean thirteen different postures or movements. Actually they mean thirteen basic skills; and moreover, thirteen basic attributes for advance study.
A TaiJi Forma mozgáselemei Shou Fa technikák sorozata az ezeket szolgáló Bu Fa-kal.(A Peng és a ZhongDing akár egyidejűleg folyamatosan a többi Tizenhárom Technikával együtt is: a Peng a testTartás-ért és a Kontakt-ért is felelős, a ZhongDing-nek pedig szerepe van a yin és yang szétválasztásában )
Tehát a videóm anyagából a teljesség igénye nélkül emeltem ki a Tizenhárom Technikára példákat, de akár 10 szer ennyit is kimutathatnék .
Steps of Taji Forma are series of ShouFa methods with serving them BuFa. (Peng and ZhongDing can be at the same time (continously) with the other thirteen skills together.)
I chose examples for thirteen skills from my video so as you could learn them. I could give even 10 times more examples for the skills from this video.
