Ok, you threw away the box of cigarrettes at lease before Aug 6th, 10 when you posted this video, have you come back to it as of today November 4th 2011?

I hate to put it on your mind but I"m just cheking if you need encoragement to with the quitting effords and of course encorage you to keep trying.

The trash can part was very enlightening.. (JK)

I'm not a trucker, but I dont smoke. I know a guy who quit smoking after 30 years of smoking. He quit cold-turkey and was sucessful after many attempts because he really wanted to. If you want to do it bad enough, you can do it. Thats the only way it will work.

Hi from the UK, I've been Trucking now for 15 years & all I can say is YES I am a smoker but I am NO I am not a DRINKER. I've been smoking now for 20 years & I can say I REALY ENJOY IT, You car'nt beat that first coffee and a Fag (smoke) in the morning. Am still healthy thou I have put a bit of weight on. Over here in the UK a packet of 20 cigs cost me £5-6 or $7.30 still its the only enjoyment I have in life except for trucking. I realy hope you can stop smoking, arwsome vid & thumbs up

ok -here's how i did it: i smoked a pipe for about a year (ever try to inhale Prince Albert pipe tobacco?), anyhoo, i lost the craving for it. Now, 40 years later, I wish I could enjoy that after dinner ciggie,(ain't that the best?), but my now healthy pink lung tissues cause me to hack and cough if i try to inhale. Bottom line?: no more pleasure. So, great taste, fine tobacco is meaningless to me now. I say, if you really enjoy it, use in moderation. Meaning, with all the smog and pollution...

YOU ARE GOING TO DIE A SLOW, EXTREMELY PAINFUL DEATH IF YOU CONTINUE TO SMOKE. There is absolutely no question about it. If someone were attacking you right now to kill you would you defend yourself? Of course. Then why aren't you just as serious about defending yourself against cigarettes. It would actually be better to die from an attack than the way you are going to die from cigarettes. You have to be just as terrified about these cigarettes as you would be about a person wanting to kill you.
