  • @panda2040 probably not as the rpm's were down when that spray hit.

  • Pilots are always complimentary, I had nice comments for the arsehole who took dorections to land downwind corsswind at Myrtle Beach in an Embraer...sucked.

  • @kewlmynd99 uh huh, impressive.

  • @b1cc2 and @mrpilot102 I'll have you know I landed a Twotter on floats with a 15 knot tailwind on top of an open avocado truck... didn't squash a single one.

  • @b1cc2 I'd have to agree with mrpilot102

  • @mrpilot102 I said land RATINGS. If I'm ever ready to take a giant leap backwards down the scale of progression to fly twotters, I'll give you a call. One not need any sea ratings to know you have no clue what you're talking about.

  • @b1cc2 oh wow you have a land rating, I highly apologize and take back everything I said. Of course with a land rating that will teach you everything you need to know about A) Twin-Otters B) Float flying in some of the most difficult monsoon conditions. Once again my most sincere apologies. You should go down to the Maldives I'm sure the training department could use some one of your caliber.

  • @mrpilot102 So at what point did you decide that I was trying to regulate the actions of company pilots? If you're going to argue, stick with the factual.

  • @mrpilot102 I haven't made myself look rediculous at all, dumbass. you make yourself look more and more like a complete moron. The latest was when you claimed that a twotter at flying speed, with one engine down and one maxed out at five feet of altitude would not be able to land and keep the floats attached? I only hold land ratings, but I know you're a jackass. Keep braying, donkey.

  • @b1cc2 MAT has had numerous incidences and two serious accidents all because of people doing stupid things. So because b1cc2 says "hey this is fine" should they keep doing dangerous practices? Most people who use full flaps like this have never really thought about it and learned by "monkey see, monkey do". Thank you for your wisdom I will surely use your ideas on my next trip...I'm flying it on Wheel skis at the moment....should I go full flap as well?
