This is a small dedication to the NX-01 Enterprise, the first Warp 5 Starfleet vessel in the mid-late 22nd century. This is a small ship, but he had a big job and a big history.

hmm, the hull damage is identical to the damage it received at the hands of the xindi in the episodes "azati prime" and "damage". Which is to be expected, of course. I am rather skeptical about it still being lit up after 200 years.

im suprised there isn't a memorial to the NX-01 enterprise because there is a wolf 359 memorial, so why not one to enterprise, unless of course jjabrams said no D<

@ColonelFleet Well, its Star Trek.  If the Maquis can steal the Defiant, I'm sure it is plausible some other group could steal the NX-01 from mothballs.

I thought they said in "these are the voyages" that enterprise was going to be put in moth balls....and most likely put into a museum.....

@ColonelFleet the Daedalus class was the next class when the warp 7 warp drive came into operation the NX class couldnt ft t as t was too small

I think they used to talk about using the Runabouts to go to earth a few times in DS9. The NX-01 was roughly the same warp rating as a Runabout.
