Very out of date method. There is no contract between you and your opponent that s/he is going to only deliver body punches. What about punching you in the face or groin? The whole point of martial arts is about not getting hit.

some of you might think this looks gay..but most of you little thrash talkin bitches couldn't take one of those punching thrown at his ribs..though they never hit the liver (resulting in extreme pain when body is relaxed) give credits 2 these guys..this is a good exercise 2 strenghten the body, i recommend throwing a medecine ball full force on the chest first 2 get use 2 havin the breath cut out
