Perhaps i should start doing it again now ive got a control over my habbits and addictions. My third eye starts tingling/pressure/buzzing everyday i should make the most of it.

My friend was doing merkabah meditation and a fiery being approached here and my friend had to warn the being to keep a distance because of the fiery heat coming from her. My friend says she felt a level of love she never felt before.

@mjorange yeah he is. I was taught some of the merkabah meditation, i think it was having a profound affect but i dont feel drawn to do it. Recently my chest/heart area has felt warm, love sensation.
