This is EXACTLY what TENET INSTRUCTED HIS PEOPLE TO DO:

... an American soldier apparently raping a female prisoner while another shows a male translator raping a male detainee...photographs depict sexual assaults on prisoners with objects including a truncheon, wire and a phosphorescent tube... a team of CIA, Military Intelligence officers and private consultants under the employ of the US govt.... "Their main and specific mission was to give the interrogators new techniques..."

I say men of honor in positions of great responsibility don't sit by and stay quiet when they know nations are going to war based on false information.
