  • Its Exactly the opposite of what u say!! Its The Quality of What u eat Not The Quantity!!! If u eat Real Food/Meat Fish Eggs Raw Dairy Veggies Salads/ U can Eat As Much As u Like As They Feed U And Also Meet Your Basal Metabolic Rate Energy Needs!! If U Eat Less And Do More U Switch On The Starvation Mode(check out the Ancel Keys Minnessota Experiment).. All the Best

  • I eat less than 1500 calories per day. I do moderate mixed exercise half an hour in the morning and half an hour at night, or just do 30 flights of stairs if I'm crunched for time. I park far away. I wiggle alot even when I'm sitting. And I've had a BMI around 28 (no not muscle) for 5 years no matter what I do. In fact, I was sick this weekend; ate very few calories, worked out only an hour total. Gained 4 lbs. My body's like a fuel-sipping hybrid. How would your product help me?
