Worker Cooperatives, Worker Self Management is proven to work, it can get us out of debt, save our economy, and improve conditions for the American working class. It's good for the workplace, good for workers, good for the community, and good for society. We can and must break free of top down bureaucracies, we can and must go into business for ourselves - together.

If you call yourself a libertarian, this is your path to the free society you claim to want.

  • Who "implements" change? A dictator? It IS a bottom up process in USA. i.e. BE the change! No more apathy! We're free to change the system, address problems! 1. Corruption in government? . Creeps step up to lead, not SMART, decent leaders! Why? 2. It's LAZY to just "trust" others/BIG corps. Many issues to confront! Who reforms? We do. In US, the system IS US: educate and demand disclosure to inform consumers. Form Stake-holder/worker co-ops. Get good people elected, petition, protest. Do it!

  • I wanna work there!

  • This is pure Marxism. I love it.

  • ①Today's economy is made up to force many people to work at frightening speeds to produce, for the most, useless things, that others work at frightening speeds, to be able to buy, because this is what gives money to multinational companies and large enterprises, but does not give happiness to people.

There are other words which fits better the happiness ...to settle yourself, to be pleased, satisfied, thankful...

One who is thankful is a happy man.

However, it's time to wake up to the Truth.

  • ②There is a reason why Jesus compared people to sheeps.

the WORD WAS GOD in the beginning-John 1:1

There is another god in 2Corinthians 4:4

    We're all human, aren't we?

People are governed by and with THE WORDS; in fact we are childrens of the words...sons of God...

All we are and know is broadly what others told us, what we learn from words...

But, who invented the word? Laws, rules, customs, religions...

The doorstep to the temple of wisdom is a knowledge of our own ignorance-Benjamin Franklin

  • ③Who regulate the working time of laborers?

We could work all of us 4 or 6 hours per day instead of some of us 8 or 10 hours per day, don't you think? Meantime we could study 1 or 2 hour per day in order to keep up informed with science discoveries and development... as free or cheap energy, Contour Crafting houses built with 3D concrete-jet print technology, etc

And all this without sacrificing too much from our lifestyle. That's why we invented the machines, computers robots and all stuff...

  • ④Eden's fruit of life? ...take a bite:

God's"...Kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you.

When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that IT IS YOU WHO ARE THE SONS OF THE LIVING FATHER. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty."(Thomas'Gospel)

May God bless you in Truth and share your fruit with Love to the other rebels against the dark evil Kingdom of corruption, wickedness and falsehood.

  • And we provide much better service and fresher products because our employees care about the success of the company. Because we have great invested interest in its success. I dont see how this is indistingushable from capitalism though, I just see this as a great capitalistic buisness model. :]

  • I do like this idea, but I see this AS true capitalism. A company I work for personally works this way already! We have private associate owned stock that is not on the free market. We get free stock for working, and can buy stock in the company as long as we are activly employed. Ive worked there for 7 years, and I already own $10,000 in stock that was given to me just for being employed. Its a medium sized company that activly competes with wal-mart in Florida! Its great.
