  • I´m sure that I had a pair of them every winter in my park . But it´s here in Northern Germany and they came every winter to "over wintern" (how we say here) from West-Russia or Scandinavia ( and 100% they came !).

    Have we the same birds here ? I thought you have other birds in America.

    Their name in German is Rauh-Fuss-Bussard.

    They are much bigger than the normal bussards or hawks. And very majestic - how I found....

    I have sold the whole court / land years ago and miss them every winter...
