Skyrim Shadow step - One shot

a perk from my sneak gives me 15x damage from daggers and the gloves gives me 2x that. thats 30x damage from stealth. at level 100 sneak you turn invis for a short time everytime you sneak. so you can 1 shot anyone.

I cannot get this to work on PS3 at all. I have 100 Sneak and The Shadow Warrior perk and I don't get any kill animations from behind. Am I doing something wrong?

@RipInTheBlindfold it might be something very small you are missing. or maybe this has been patched.
