Good video. One question ... you state to place the used needle into a hard plastic container and dispose of in the trash. Shouldn't you check with your pharmacist (or Dr) for a local place to discard sharps? Isn't that dangerous to the environment to dispose of medical waste to landfills? Please add a note into the video with this change. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for this video. However, as you stated from the video that we must prime the insulin each time we use the pen, would this be a waste and cause us to run out of insulin faster? Also, my pharmacist advised me to put my used glargine vial back in the refrigerator after each use to increase efficacy, is this wrong? Thanks

Note: Never Dial back to your dose if you over dailed... you must squirt some out to the correct dose, otherwise you will be giving yourself the wrong insulin units.
