is this camera worth buying for 69.99? i would just mainly use it for recording videos. so should i buy this or another some what cheap camera

It was worth that a year or two ago. Now it is worth more like $30

The Aiptek has its advantages. It uses MPEG4 compression which allows much longer recording times. It also uses SD cards which are much cheaper than the XD Cards that the Fuji uses. Of course, now I use a Sanyo camera which is better than both.

im having a lot of difficulty with my camera.sometimes when i turn it on it freezes and wont turn off so i have to let the battery die. i have no clue how to fix it because last time it froze i had to wait 6 months for it to work again.

You can always remove the battery for a few seconds, rather than waiting for it to go dead. I had the same problem with my MPVR, they are known for lockups.
