Llama la atencion el vigor,entusiasmo y dedicacion vocacional de este gran director. Es evidente que durante este ensayo su estado de salud no era bueno: sufria de un problema de congestion respiratoria que usualmente deja extenuado al paciente. En el parece obra en sentido contrario:aumenta su entusiasmo para enseñar con su peculiar estilo que le hizo uno de los mas grandes directores de orquesta de finales del siglo pasado. Excelente juego de videos.

I've watched this on TV once - and there was another peace, where Lenni is "helping" a boy doing his job with the triangle right, but he couldn't succeed - he tried several times, till Bernstein finally gave up and said: "well, I don't know how to do it - but do it !" - pity I couldn't find this scene within all these 6 parts.
Anyway: great stuff !!!!

Wow. This is really invaluable for a musician. Seeing Bernstein conducting Rite of Spring, are you kidding me? I love the way he directs what is going on.
