A tribute to the "Here Comes the Grump" episode "Toilin' Toolie Birds" (about birds with tools as beaks).
The song is appropriately enough "And Your Bird Can Sing" by the Beatles which appeared in the UK version of "Revolver" and in the United States on the "Yesterday and Today" album.

I can't help but wonder if the inspiration for HCTG's "Toilin' Toolie Birds" was the "Tooly Birds" cereal premiums offered circa. 1970 (by Kellogs, I think,) in America and Australia . . . .
