Cain is a former Fed board member, and the FED is made up of slave owners. They create debt and future interest payments to themselves that eat up a larger piece of tax revenue every year. It's just like an overextended credit card with an unlimited credit limit, used by a borrower who only makes the minimum payment each month. America will never be able to pay it back.
