White Girl Eats Chicken Feet

White Americans typically have the pickiest non-cultured taste pallets... Well today this girl was a champ! Me and Robert Moore went to Fungs Kitchen off 59 and Fondren named "One of Americas top 100 restaurants" and our girl Megan was squeamish to try all the weird authentic Chinese food... But never the less tried the weirdest of them all... steamed chicken feet with black beans.

Before you say 'yucks', you should know that some culture/race eats strange animal parts or innards because of their historical reasons. their ancestors survived famines, natural disaster, and extreme poverty on these 'yucks' stuffs... so you say these are 'disgusting stuffs' that's because you have no idea how good it taste after you've been starved for 2 months :-)

Hmmm, not anything surprising I would say. it's stereotypying a certain race or culture that makes it look like "O wow!" or "yucks". Although most caucasians would not eat any other parts of an animal other than its meat, there are also many asians or specifically chinese who baulk at the thoughts of eating intestines and chicken feet, etc because they don't grow up eating it. I am one of them, so please don't express surprise (or shock) if you offer it to me and I decline. :-)
