Stupidest video ever!! He is rotating his wrist when moving his body....
Furthermore, any orthopedic doctor will tell you having your elbow above your shoulder is a very bad idea. Just watch major league, preferably in slow motion..

THIS GUY WILL DESTROY YOUR ELBOW AND SHOULDER DO NOT DO WITHOUT DOING IT VERY SLOW YOU CAN INJURE SO MUCH PUTTING TOO MUCH EMPHASIS ON ONLY YOUR ARM ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYTHING TO COME FROM YOUR FEET THEN HIPS AND NATURALLY LET YOUR STYLE FLOW.

Elbow above your shoulder is the worst thing you can do for your arm. It produces too much extra stress on the labrum and rotator cuff. To determine your arm slot you need to look at a throwers shoulder tilt while making sure the elbow is slightly below the plain of the shoulders. When a pitchers front foot lands his belt needs to be facing home while his shoulders are still closed and throwing arm is up and ready with elbow below shoulder and ball facing 1st if LHP or 3rd if RHP

Finally, a good arm position video!!!

@MrYalie You are correct sir! Having the elbow above the plane of the shoulder is one of the main things to look for with players who have arm problems. You don't need to worry about your throwing arm position. If everything else in your body has proper mechanics (feet, hips, shoulders, glove arm), your throwing arm will naturally follow through on its genetically determined arm path.
