well lets look at what happen this kid try to steal a car and fell off the over pass when cops arrive the male was on his feet the cops order him to stay down until the ambulance arrive on scene the kid said he would kill any cops that comes to him he went after one. so he was taser and was told repeatly after his blood work coame back it showed up dirty. the kid had weed dip in embalming fluid which acts like speed. so read about the whole story and not what the news try to tell you
