If it works fine on your PC through your video players, then it's probably Youtube's uploader failing to "re-encode" it properly.. Your not the only person suffering this problem though I've seen other peoples videos that were only outputting the right stereo channel and not left and right.
And god damn, you have Shogo: Mobile Armor Division? That's one of my FAVORITES, most badass mecha\anime game I ever played, and it has that nice classic FPS feel... Difficulty's a bit messed up though.
