  • @TheOneFromMW2 It's digital zoom what you see there, not optical.

  • i started using one of these, but most of the filming i do with it comes out blurry - does anybody know why?

  • is not really sharp video to this is kinda blurry and bit out foucs..but is pretty good

  • @TheOneFromMW2 Its only digital zoom

  • @TheOneFromMW2 Not optical, only digital

  • @Johnnysoyyo That is because in video, you have to digital zoom after you start, the optical zoom is much better.

  • @TheOneFromMW2 it doesn't have optical zooming on videos. It has a digital zoom, but it gives you bad quality videos.

  • poor zoom quality, panasonic tz10 much better

  • Terrible distortion on the edges of the frame caused by the 25mm wide angle lens. I had the exact same problem with a 25mm LUMIX and returned for the same 35mm version... word of difference.

In my experience, anything over 28mm for stills of people or video, creates the quintessential fishbowl effect.

Thanks for this clip - it saved me from buying/returning the SD3500. I'll wait for the new SD4000 with 28mm F/2 lens... just no touchscreen.
