DJ Hype also played this jam, and if I am not mistaken it was his first North American appearance.

anyway Phantasy killed it that night, as usual. and since this was the last jungle party I ever went to back in the day, this set has always brought back good memories.

once again, big ups to Sigma 7 for helping throw this jam and for putting this mix online. I lost my X-Static tape of this set many many years ago

This event was in the AG Williams Machinery Co. Building. The building is still there, its a community centre or sales pavilion for the condos they built down there on the old prison grounds property nextdoor. I have pics of the venue on my comp somewhere... and some party pics as well!

This set was ridiculous. Great night. Still have my tape from X-Static too. Wonder if it still plays. I'm betting it's pretty worn out by now. Thanks for the post.

PS - This was indeed Hype's first trip to NA.
