hi i just started internship and have no clue as shit about what to do, and im rotating surgery first. is this what i can use in the ER for stabbed wounds, gunshots, blows, etc?

I'm a medic in the Army..this is a very fun thing to do..... little bit of lidocaine on both sides of the edges and some reassurance and the patient wont feel a thing but a bit pressure..
