I weigh 185 after extreme fat fasting! Now I am going to try the water fast!

  • The real trick, is keeping the weight off when you go back to eating. I have done this type of diet before, it is extreme, and it does work if you can do it. However, when you get to your desired weight and start to eat again you can gain all the weight back very quick, thats the hard part.

  • An occasional fast is good and detoxing for you, but your body needs healthy foods. If you fast too often, your body will hold onto every calorie you put into your body and you'll just gain it all back... Instead of just a water fast, why not do a raw veggie and fruit cleanse? Water, fresh fruit, and veggies only. Then at least your body is getting proper calories and nutrition.

  • Now do not get me wrong but I've been searching on Google for a number of healthful & effective eating plan plan and I located this unknown eating plan referred to as DietOramy - I am using a system outlined and I'm having quite a few amazing achievements, and I'm nevertheless eating just like before, with no appetite, just a bit different food...

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • @Necr0gasM, part of what you can't lose weight is that you're carrying too much hate and negative energy. If you'll get the proper nutrition in your body, you won't feel hungry. True hunger comes from a lack of nutrition, not a lack of calories and that's why you can eat all day long and still be hungry if you're eating starchy foods and sugars that are high in calories with no nutritional benefits.

  • Part 2: Today if we fast, we burn toxic fat cells too fast and put too much toxin into the bloodstream at once. At some point the body is going to refuse to burn anymore fat cells in order to stay alive. The body needs buffers like bicarbonate, fiber, enzymes to break down these toxins in safer and more effective manner. At the very least a person should be adding baking soda to his, or her, water and some kind of fiber and also some raw vegetables and fruit (even if small amounts).

  • Part 1: this is true, but you're over simplifying it. When we were hunters and gatherers our bodies were not full of toxic fat cells. Each fat cell is different. You can literally tell what a person ate by analyzing a fat cell. Some are saturated fats, some are polyunsaturated, etc. When the fat cell gets burned for energy, toxins are released into the blood stream (acids) and this could result in serious health problems. The body put those toxins there for a reason as a defense mechanism.

  • this is how people get fat: A long time ago, cave man days, food was scarse so the human brain would tell the body to eat as much food as possible and available because food might not be available later for a long time. These days there is an aboundence of food so people over eat. It is how every1 works so dont make fun of fat people its is and will allways be societys falt because its the industrial bulk ways we have made for are self.
