Looks good, but it's better with fresh squeezed lime. 100% Agave Tequila is essential.

Cool. Seeing the lime poured from the bottle, I wasn't quite sure. Never heard of replacing the cointreau, but I'll have to try it sometime.

when i do the second season - you will see we use fresh juices as now i have a hand squeezer in the bar. before we would press fresh everyday from a industial press out back. alway 100% agave plus now i only make tommy's margaritas replacing the cointreau and sugar with agave syrup.

Chris really needs to get working on his blog again. It's unfortunate that he hasn't posted anything new in a few months.
His drinks are fantastic, and I have started using quite a few of his recipes as my own. I especially love his Old Fashioned.
