The Fountain, a 1930's style Soda Fountain and Milkshake shop

I absolutely love the feel of 'The Fountain'. It has vintage styling, sells wonderful treats, meals, and your favorite Americana milkshakes, ice creams and other delights. I think, yes, there's a flat screen TV that shows 1930's movies and you couldn't have that back then but really, in this day and age this is as close as I am going to get to being in the kind of place that men and women of the greatest generation stopped off for a treat when they were young children. I just love this place. If you're anywhere near Steelville,Mo, take a trip to the thirties, if only for a little while.
