Ours is a very straightforward, practical, and thoroughly tested solution for achieving the end of poverty. We consider ourselves free-thinking disciples of reasonable and compassionate forward-thinkers of the past, who have been overwhelmingly censored in academic curricula as a result of the avarice and foul-play among powerful interests.

With censorship gone, everyone, from all walks of life, from all cultural, ethnic, national, social and economic backgrounds can understand our proposal and stand with us to create a just and happy world.

We acknowledge that we all need to work together to achieve a fair and equitable society and thereby alleviate the immense suffering so replete on our planet. We don't need to compromise on these needs, to settle on a halfway point between justice and freedom as if one were diametric to another; there is a wonderful reconciliation, a way to account for all these needs.

Take note of the difference between the words compromise and reconcile.

It's not about partisan politics, or the supposed inability to resolve the divide between free enterprise and social justice. This is not about right versus left. A difference of ideology is not necessarily a difference of principles. All reasonable concerns can be accounted for given the proper remedy.

We are told that our higher minded goals are at odds with our very nature, that humans are selfish and greedy. Yet we know systems can be designed in such a way as to bring out the best possible or even the worst possible traits; it is within this window that we can choose the system that brings out the best traits possible. Knowing we have such a choice means we have a responsibility to create a system that indeed does bring out our best qualities, to duly reward self interest whilst steering it for the public good.

We know for a fact, by analysis of the theory and, most importantly, of the implementations so far, that there is a solution to the struggles of our planetary economy. It is one that balances the legitimate goals of socialists as well as capitalists, uniting all people of principle in a common cause.

Our most significant inspiration is the American writer, politician, and political economist Henry George, an icon of his time, author of the best-selling masterpiece "Progress and Poverty". In this book, he systematically describes how to end poverty.

Yes, the mythical "silver bullet" actually exists. It is the biggest threat to those clinging to unearned power and privilege; they must keep you in the dark. Their stratagem is precisely the reason why you haven't heard this proposal before.

It's time to change that.
