I don't think it is an either/or - if the plot will also return to the "present" from time to time to show us how the characters arrive at the "Five Years" point, there is room for both Gale and James Denton to be on the show. The question is how often either actor will appear.

when I watched this on TV, I literally screamed when I saw him! first thoughts: "Oh My God it's Brian!" gah! I love Gale! <3

I must say though, it's gonna be extremely weird seeing him as a straight guy. XP

I don't like this kiss...I mean where's the passion the chemistry.....I don't think that he will have that chemistry with anyone else but Randy....his love scenes with Randy made me blush every time....he was amazing as Brian Kinney...I think he needs more challenging roles...but Jackson is kinda sweet...
