i have headphones i bought for 20 dollars, and its not like any ive ever seen before, the have really thing rubber on the end of them and they just fall out of my ears when i put them in :( like WTF? they dont fit and since i opened the box i cant return them!!!!

and i have that same ipod!! well, i did when it came out. now it's uber old and isnt even among the listed of ipods anymore. it's like the great great grandmother. it died. it wont hold charge anymore :[ i had to get new one.

The string is to attach it to your ipod. Most Ipods have a little bmetal bar on the botton where you can tie something too..That way you wont lose them..
