FANTASTIC TIP....I just found out that plantains are $2.00 for 7 of them at Western Beef (West End and 62nd, NYC) and ever since I have been frying them like crazy...with this video now I know that there is a healthier way to do it...my gringo roommate is crazy for plátanos verdes!!!!.
