It's been exactly 2 weeks since I've done Plyometrics and I definitely noticed and increase in my endurance. From what I recall, it was about to where I go to Mary Katherine Lunges that took it out of me - this time it was the lateral frog jumps.
Burned a lot of goo this session and I'm rarin' to go for Back and Biceps tomorrow.

Anyway, what are some of the rituals that you go through? I've been reading a book by the name of "The Power of Full Engagement" and how the power of rituals is implemented in top tier athletes like Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan etc.
Do you have any before doing P90X or anything else in your life?
My ritual before working out is having a cup of tea and recording the first part of my videos. During that time, I listen to fast beat music, and get into the proper mindset.
