This man is not of Malcolm X.
-
@DesireeCarr1 exactly!
-
You want him to be courageous in what? I think he needs to be just responsible for his life and decisions he makes from this point forward in his life. Again his dreams and aspirations for his life could be totally different than his grandfather, and that is right. He's not obligated nor should he be expected to continue Bro. Malcolm's missions, as his own man he needs to find his own purpose in life. I can respect that.

@pennyz2cute I under stand what you are saying, he can’t live off of his grandfathers legacy I understand that, but now you have to reason with the fact that everyone grieves in there own way. There are times I find myself upset over the matter. I guess what us Malcolm x supporters are looking for is another bold individual such as Malcolm we wont Malcolm Shabazz (Grandson of Malcolm x) to be as courageous as Malcolm x was but we haven’t yet realized that there will never be another Malcolm.

I hate to interrupt everyone, but I would just like to know how his grandmother died. I am getting a lot of negative feed back relating to him, so I find my self asking this question again, how did his grandmother die?
-
@MegaAminaAli He's your fiance? ? ?
-
WHAT YOU ALL FORGET IS ONE OF TWO THINGS!
1. FROM HIM BURNING HIS GRANMOTHERS HOME OUT AND HER DYING. IT COULD OF BEEN THIS JUNIOR WO KILLED MALCOLM X SNR.
2. IF MALCOLM X WAS ALIVE IN THE 90'S THIS LAD WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT PERSONA DN MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SO STUPID.

Really, this brother just need to go incognito and continue to educate himself the way he sees fit. He doesn't owe black Americans a damn thing because of his grandfather is! His family has forgiven him and it appears like he's gotten treatment and that's what matter. Be your own leader instead of always looking for someone else to be it. As MJ says it starts with the man in mirror! Stop judging this young man, if you want someone to judge - judge yourself first.
-
@MegaAminaAli -- u are right, dear; no one can judge another person, even IF they think they know the "full story". We weren't there, we don't know. From everything I've ever heard/read, he obviously was crazy about his "Mommy Betty". God Bless you, & good luck to u and your fiance--- many, many years of happiness!
People need not to follow the name, but the content and spirit of character.

@MultiKadafi it was a mistake. He set the house on fire , not expecting her to go through the fire to try to save him. It is unfortunate, but he has served his time and his family has forgiven him (at least his mother and one of his aunts - for sure).
