In this video I compare the Intel Boxed Stock Cooler that came with the following processors:

1. Intel Core i7 920 "Bloomfield" 1366 Socket
2. Intel Pentium 4 3.2E "Prescott" 478 Socket
3. Intel Pentium 4 2.8E "Prescott" 478 Socket
4. Intel Celeron 1.7Ghz "Northwood" 478 Socket

  • clean out the dust on the things every once in a while. i do it and get great cooling because of it.

  • The stock cooler for the i7 920 works very well for overclocking! Mine runs very cool with hyper threading enabled and slight overclocking, I don't want to push it thoe until I get watercooling (just in case).

  • nice, the last 2 coolers is from an intel celeron netburst right?

    i have the same and it is really loud

  • Great video nice to see how crappy Intel coolers got over time. Old models were sturdy and efficient.
