  • @lookandfeelyounger. If u have smoked a little in the period of 4 years, can the damage to smoke skin be reversed? I am 22, and smoked since 16 and quit about 2 and a half years ago but my skin deteriorated rapidly i mean even after a little as 2-3 cigarettes i noticed the deterioration of drier and paler my skin looked.So is there any treatments to reverse the damage of cigarettes?
