Raziel must have felt really wrong it this scene... knowing that he had killed, out of an unnatural feat of anger, the only ally he could have... and discovering that he indeed have free will after all those terrible doubts... No good at all for one's self-esteem, xD.
Fortunately enough, Moebius told him about his free will before the drama unfolded in full, and that allowed Raziel to be sure of sacrificing himself in the end. D.R.
