Try again. The copper cone has to be precisely machined and fitted or it will not form a proper slug. It's not like a cannon on a pirate ship. You don't just throw a bunch of gunpowder down the pipe, slap a hammered copper sheet on top and call it an EFP.

Bullshit. These are just copper plates pressed down on. You don't need complex equipment to make them. Then you attach them to the end of a metal pipe and pack explosives and a detonator in the other end.
