1/2 cup of pasteurized egg substitute beat till egg substitute is very light and bubbly. Then add 1 14 oz can of condensed milk (sweetened milk) mix on low speed slowly add 1/2 cup of key lime juice. (1 bag weighs 1 lb.) slice each one in half extract juice and remove seeds. Make a graham cracker crust : use11/2 cups of graham crackers crushed, add 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 oz (1/2) stick of unsalted butter melted mix all ingredients and form crust in pie pan. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and freeze for 1 hour then place plastic wrap and foil over pie. Pie must be placed in freezer for 24 hour before eating. Pie is to be served frozen add whipped cream to top of pie and serve.This does not freeze too hard. Can be frozen for 3 weeks or so. It will resemble sherbet. 6-8 portions
