The so called conservation groups like the cca have made stopping the commercial fishing into a big money making business with the donations from the public that does not know what is really going on and from government grants for their bad data on the fish. Please do not believe all their lies about the fishermen and the gillnets in the right hands they are a safe way to harvest fish without catching the juvenile fish READ MY CHANNEL INFO

i just got me one of those stickers with the guy pissin on the cca. thats a good idea to spread the truth about cca. i have already got 3 of my friends putting them on there truck. thanks allen love the videos

The old photos make me reminisce back to when our livelihood wasn't threatened by personal agenda and self interest. It also makes me wish i had taken pictures and video of my past events. Perhaps thats why i like to get video and pictures more than anything now!

Reminds me of old times. My family was commercial fishing in the late 1800s on the east coast of Florida. And when we were stopped in 1995 our catches were still comparable to our beginnings. Commercial fishing was stopped by greed and ignorance. The greed of a few and the ignorance of a lot of voters who moved here without understanding the truth of the cycles of fishing. Great job Allen.

Another great video Allen. I have friends in Cedar Key who once fished with a Gillnett and a bird dog. Now they raise clams. keep up the good fight. I got all of the Fisherman of the Gulf in my prayers. (BP) Beyond Pollution.
