m8 this is free running not pk good flips though parkour isnt about jumping from high hights or doing flips. good free runnning though mate. 8-10 :-)

mate its good seeing kids your age doing it but your rolls suck your goingfucking kill r self. with your flips into the foam pits, thats pretty pussy your only good if you can do that onto concrete. like all the other comments parkour issnt about flipping(and you should stop doing them cause i fucking hate people who think they are good coz they can frontflip and land on there back into a foam pit with extra mats on top. seriously grow some balls and come back show me some real parkour )

free running skills not so much

trance doesn't go with freerunning, parkour is ok for that because parkour can be small little things and as the song progresses the parkour can be faster and especilly if the parkour is one whole video not 500 diferent videos put together with a fuked up song

parkour is not about jumping off high things. if jumping off high things means getting to your destination quicker then we do but thats not what its about. flips are a waste of energy in parkour. that's why they can't be inducted into our philosophy, so we call it freerunning. you still have alot to figure out about this. your still too young and haven't been in the lifestyle long in enough or you weren't properly taught the philosophy
