for $500 that was really nice.. I think you can just tweak the sax sound and it will sound better.

0:58 is played totally wierd in my opinion. Its like the buttons are being tapped totally of the rythm.

Nice job!! I have the same keyboard. How do you record the sound? It´s so clear. What program do you use in the computer?

I plugged cables (jack-jack) from the keyboard to my PC's sound card. Then I used "Audacity" (free software) to record.
The video is taken by a camcorder. Then with a video editing software, I build the result.

Very tinny sound. The Casio CTR 900 is 800 dollars cheaper and the breathy sax beats it by a mile !!

This was the aim of this video: show the limits of the saxs sounds that I don't really appreciate too (except one).
The E-09 cost around 500€!
I heard the breathy sax of the ctk-900...
O_o, OMG what a plastic sound (and too many effects...) !!
Be sure that a real sax doesn't sound like this!!
I rather prefer my E-09's saxs :)
But this is a subjective point of view...
People will prefer this one or this one... so, let it be ^^ ("tastes and colours" as we say in french) !!

Played with a good feeling!
sadly the saxophones of <250,- Euro Yamaha-Keyboards sound way better than this sax-patch.
But for sure this keyboard as other advantages - I love the strings, acoustic piano and the power of the drums and basses.
Again, thanx for your great demos, man!
...Or perhaps you're staff Member of Roland? ;)

Yes that's why I did this videos: I really don't like these saxs sounds.... But one need to know how they sounds, because this is MY point of view and, for sure, others people should love them!
The ONLY ONE i use is the "XP AltoSax" (N°281). This is the most "realistic" sax I found :\ !
