the bottom of the dress worked fine!
for the top i don't know if that's in carrara but you could apply a completely white image as the displacement map, and use it to inflate the top of the dress by a millimeter or two

@mcasual I did it in DS as it won't collada export, having problems with M4 and V4, only used open GL so displacement not an option unless I have a few days to render, if I could have gotten it into Carrara where it renders considerably quicker I would have made poking through body parts invisible by selecting the vertices in question (my usual cheat) his hip and legs have the opacity turned to zero in this video BTW but I'd need to work harder on the top making a map.

@Papasmrfe just be very glad M4 complete didn't come with gens for the "figures, characters and avatars" book as Daz3d kept it family friendly and I never bothered contacting them about the extra bits as some have.The draping of cloth on the forward hip movement could have been far more distiurbing.(mmm wonder if Apollo Maximus will work)
