You see, chemtrails are actually water vapor emitted from high-flying aircraft of any type. Piston or turbine engine, no matter, vapour trails still exist and they have ever since aircraft have been flying at high enough altitudes. If the government really did want to spray toxins on us or control the weather, they would do it in the upper stratosphere or the mesosphere, not the upper troposphere or lower stratosphere. If they did, you wouldn't see airliners flying at 30,000ft.
